I also use MassArticleSubmit which is a very inexpensive software that actually submits my articles to all of the above sites with one click of the mouse. So submitting my articles to all 10 sites can be done in just seconds when it used to take over an hour to do manually. It's definitely worth the money.
So my work day consists of about 20 minutes to an hour to write the article and another minute or so to submit it. That's it.
